How Assertive Am I?

Usually I believe I am passive, avoiding saying what I think, how I feel or what I believe because I am generally afraid of the consequences of what others think of me. Often I come to a conclusion that I think the rights of others in class are more important. I do have trouble saying no and if I try I avoid the conflict and don't stand up for myself or for my rights. But most of all I am assertive, because assertive communicators have eye contact towards others, speaking in a confident voice, and like to express their needs effectively.
